OUR YOGA CLASSES

The term Yoga originally refers to an ensemble of practices from ancient India.

My Yoga practice is an exercise of body and mind, it’s a relaxing sequence of poses easily described as meditation in motion.

While you pose, you focus on your breathing and slowly rise to a calm, meditative state.

This discipline is soft, elegant, regenerative and comfortable.
